From where does the food tour depart?

We will pick you up and drop you off FREE OF CHARGE at your address in the city.

How many people can join the food tour?

Small groups are best suited. The maximum group size for a street food tour is 16 people.

I am a solo traveler. Can I still book your tours?

Absolutely YES. You can join with other travelers who also booked with us as a group. Unless you want to go private, contact us for a quote!

What kind of motorbikes do you use on the tours?

Our motorcycles are late model from Japan which are very popular in Vietnam such as Honda, Yamaha scooters/motorbike. The engines are rated at 125cc or below, so all major travel insurance policies should cover you if you ride as a pillion passenger.

Do I drive the motorbike on the tour?

Unfortunately, due to liability reasons, we are unable to allow customers to ride our motorbikes.

I am bigger than the average Vietnamese locals. Can your drivers carry me?

Yes, for sure! Our local guides undergo a rigorous driving test before being hired to ensure they are confident and capable of carrying foreigners on their motorbikes.

How about the motorbike tour if it rains?

We do our tours in both rain and shine. Our local guide will meet you at your hotel and update you on tour status on time. If you are not staying at the hotel, please call us at (+84) 3999 78735 before the start time.

If it doesn’t rain heavily and we feel that the road conditions are safe, we will continue the tour as planned. We provide free raincoats to all our customers.

If it starts to rain heavily during the tour and we have to cancel, we will book a taxi to take you safely to your hotel. You will only be charged for the time you have spent on the tour.

However, most of our guests really enjoy their tour experience even when it rains.

If you don’t want to go sightseeing despite light rain, we recommend that you don’t book a motorbike tour in Vietnam. Our standard cancellation policy will apply to any last-minute cancellations in these circumstances.

Are Vietnamese street foods safe?

We can’t make sure that your stomach will love Vietnamese street food or not. So that when booking a tour, remember to specify your dietary requirements, food allergies… We will try to choose the most suitable dishes for you. We select our street food venues very carefully and ensure that they adhere to strict hygiene standards.

Are the tours safe for any age?

Yes! We design our tours to be suitable for guests of all ages.

What should I wear and bring on the tours?

You should wear comfortable clothes because the tropical climate is often hot, but women should not wear short skirts, long dresses that are not convenient when getting on and off motorbikes.

As a precaution, please leave expensive jewelry and belongings at your hotel. You should also limit to use your cameras and phones while seating on our motorbike.
